Creating Connections

Emerging Themes in Financial Regulation & Disputes

2025 marks the 15th edition of our BCLP Emerging Themes campaign. We are very proud of the relationships we have built through our thought leadership since our first edition and the wide range of regulatory and disputes matters that you, our clients, have trusted us with.

This year, our overarching theme is Creating Connections, to acknowledge those relationships, as well as recognising the increasingly integrated business world and 24/7 connected lives we lead. Within this theme, we examine three main pillars: Technology, Transparency, and Trust.

We hope that you enjoy our latest collection of opinion pieces and we look forward to exploring with you over the year ahead the myriad of issues that continue to shape our industry.
